A bartender, turned graphic designer, turned health coach, turned Energy Practitioner and Breathwork Guide.

I’m a total adventure junkie and a renegade woo woo chick with an analytical mind. I geek out on the chakras & everything relating to the mind/body connection. Like seriously geek out on it!!!

I’ve worked with people from 6 of the 7 continents and been a motivational speaker for everyone from crowds of struggling teenagers to empowering women in business around the US to own their awesome.
