I grew up in London around Catholicism.  As a child I was unconsciously conditioned to think sex was taboo, a sin, dirty and understood that it was an act not to be enjoyed.  This damage ran my love life.  I unconsciously didn’t allow myself to enjoy sex as I would be seen as easy and dirty with no respect for me.

That was until I got to the womans’ sexual peak at 43. I was on this sex ‘train’ that wouldn’t stop, and just couldn’t get off.  It took over my life!  It was a battle for wanting to do it, doing it and in the process stopping myself from enjoying it.

Then one night a miracle happened……I decided to give myself permission to enjoy it. Oh my goodness, it was like electricity ran through my body like I had never experience before!!  All my inhibitions went, and I was on fire. 

Since then, I have been guiding women on how to release their inhibitions from all areas of life, just like I did.

Also, I finally met my soulmate at 55 years old and help women find theirs too 😊
