I get to teach and learn health and wellness practices.
I am Raw Vegan Food Expert, Kemetic Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ Instructor.
I and host life-changing events and experiences. I bring people to the Sea Islands of America to learn about plant powered nutrition and the Gullah Geechee culture.
I get to help people find their way back to their health and natural wellness practices through coaching, classes, retreats and books. I get to learn and teach sacred ceremonies and rituals.
I get to play with amazing beautiful souls every day!
I get to celebrate life every day.
I get to live as every day is a holiday.
I get to feel deeply- Joy, Power, Ecstasy, Wonder...
I get to love people.
I get to rewrite my stories for empowerment.
