Carl Kengne is an alumni and coach of the Tony Elumelu Foundation / UNDP. He is the Founder of Kilimo Africa whose vision is to revolutionize the agricultural sector in Africa.

Passionate about the development of the African continent, Carl Kengne was team leader of the AfricaVsVirus challenge, an ideathon organized by the African Development Bank to prototype solutions addressing the challenges presented by the global Covid-19 pandemic to African societies and economies . He was also on the panel of the webinar Organized by the Youth for Technology Foundation (Kenya) as Youth Advocate for the International Youth Day where he shared insights and ideas regarding an important discussion on "Unlocking the potential of African Youth ".

Carl Kengne is the Initiator of Career Show. Career Show is an initiative launched to promote entrepreneurship in Africa. These are interviews with African entrepreneurs who come to share their experiences , the reality on the ground and give advices to future and young entrepreneurs. For Carl Kengne we are never small enough to make a difference and he also believes that the development of Africa will go through youth entrepreneurship.
