I am currently a serving Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy (24 years). However, I am planning for my next career. I’m aspiring to be become a qualified Football Intermediary.
My long term vision is to have my own agency, focussing on young academy players/players that have been released and playing in the lower leagues, trying to break into the Football League.
But not only being their agent but their mentor, providing Mental Health support, signposting them to financial advice / career to support to allow footballers to have a career outside of the game. My focus is on the players as a person first. I’m very much in the “understand” phase of my vision and welcome all advice and guidance.
