🇬🇧 🇧🇩 Host of grief podcast Bereavement Room 🎤
🎙 I facilitate a podcast featuring representative voices across the diaspora. Decolonizing grief. Inspired by my own personal journey. Lived experiences are important.
We explore and discuss racism, mental health in the student population, workplace politics, healthcare negligence, family dynamics, wellbeing, taboos, stigma, counselling, sudden deaths, unknown cause of death, caring for our loved ones and everything in between while sharing our lived experience and shaping journeys. It’s not all doom and gloom, we love gratitude not to find a silver lining because it can be a challenge, there is always something to be grateful for.
Bereavement Room is available on all podcast platforms, Apple, Spotify, Google etc. 10k listens and a international listen. Follow on Social Media IG and twitter for updates. DMs open. @bereavementroom
Personal interests are leading and facilitating discourse amongst the diaspora, uplifting our voices. Speaking our truth. Holding space and creating a community. Love travelling (37 countries), writing, food, music, radio, and podcasting.
Looking to connect and share experiences. Particularly interested in unpacking and bringing a diverse perspective and experience to the table.
LISTENING IS UNDERRATED. Nobody listens anymore so let’s listen without the intent to reply. That’s my motto in life ☺️🥰😌
