My name is kotaro hayazaki.

I grew up in Urayasu city and Disneyland is 3 years younger than me,
My hobby is playing volleyball and I started playing in junior high school.

I also like snowboarding, rice cropping and traveling.

I have a dream to do business in other countries and to travel around the world.
Now, I am studying English.

I'll talk a little about work.
I joined e-sohko Group in 2006. At first, I joined e-sohko company and accomplished various tasks.

With those experiences I was put in charge of the IT division.
In 2010, it became an independent company known as イーソーコドットコム.(e-sohco.com)
Now I’m the CEO of that.

This year, I am a director of 20 companies and Esoko.com has invested in 25 companies.
I am the representative director of three companies “e-sohko.com”, “shirube” and “loginess”. All three companies are related to "human resources." also known as “Human capital.”
