BIO: I’m a military officer with the USAF serving with the PA Air National Guard. I’ve been in the military now for over 33 years and I’m going to retire at exactly 35 years.
I’m a real estate investor and licensed agent, currently working on wholesales, flips and buy and hold. I’m making the move into the commercial multifamily market with my joining the GOB Network of Apartment Investors. I formerly owned JKS Homes, LLC and recently moved all of my assets into a partnership Code 3 Properties, LLC. We now own 20 homes and are looking to make a bigger splash.
I’m a retired police officer and former Mayor of Cinnaminson, NJ. I found my passion for real estate while serving on the economic development team in Cinnaminson.
I’ve been married for over 30 years and have a 29 year old son who serves the community as an ICU nurse.
