After 2 back surgeries 5 years ago, nothing helped and doctors just prescribed more pain killers. I knew there had to be another way & was desperate to find it because we had 4 young kids and the meds didn’t even help! After tons of research, I discovered qigong (ancient movement meditation like tai chi) I was able to lose weight, get bigger muscles(!) and manage pain with my mind! Now I help others to take control of their mental & physical wellbeing.
