🧠 In 2012 I had a dog sledding accident where I suffered a traumatic brain injury. I lost my memory, my balance, my personality, my sense of purpose and my ability to string sentences together. I felt empty and alone. I came to learn the preciousness of life and my ability to think, to feel and to function. After months of rehab and sleeping, I was told I would never be able to be what I had been before.

I don’t like being told I can’t do something...

🌏 So as a fuck you to my prognosis I tuned in and listened to my bodies own wisdom. I healed in nature, understanding the power of our brains plasticity and became a Wild Child who loved learning new things and has worked on every continent on the planet. I’ve been slowly living, working and traveling through over 75 countries and had BIG adventures (Including climbing mountains, skiing across countries, coming face to face with polar bears, riding a reindeer into Siberia, playing with penguins and being bitten by a lion) ... but I know the most worthwhile journey we can take is coming home to ourselves, our truth, our bodies, our pleasure and our sense of aliveness.

🎼 I believe there is a deep current of aliveness that pulses through everything on the planet. It channels through us and through nature. And living in the world is like experiencing a kind of music, a symphony, where there is no separation. Often we become disconnected from it and stop listening to the beat within and our lives and relationships become out of tune.

🔥I guide people to explore the edges of the earth and the depth of their Soul, so they can deepen their intimacy with life, love and liberation.
