BrickzCity, a WMBE profit for purpose business, is developing creative campuses in rising urban neighborhoods, that consist of an innovation studio for TV/Film/music/art/fashion/gaming and tech, along with integrated businesses that will support the studio and neighborhood. Among the various businesses will be a sound stages, boutique hotel, hospitality, makers market, e-gaming facility/production hub, creative/tech/entrepreneurial incubator/co-working space, event space and the like. We are building an ecosystem for all the creators to be able to work together and utilize their goods and services throughout the campus. We will drive business to the campus through our own TV/Film productions as well as through strategic partnerships. Our first campus will be in Chicago.

The vision is to be a catalyst to help change communities by providing access, exposure, opportunity and high density clusters of culturally relevant jobs, through our innovation studios and businesses, while also pursuing maximum profit through the vertical integration of both real estate and corporate investments to create an equitable and sustainable business model to help alleviate poverty.
