I work to engage individuals, business, and churches to improve relational and emotional safety and to restore family and community through helping create and facilitate safe relational spaces to wrestle with the discomfort of the present, overcome obstacles, work toward reconciliation, and grow into who we are becoming.

I particularly love conversations about therapy, developing community, the intersection of psychology and spirituality, organizational health (particularly emotional and relational), and addressing places of suffering and pain in our communities.

I find that we are most often lost, not because we don’t know where we are going, but because we don’t know where we are.
