Hola hola mi gente! I’m a life & mindfulness guide. Authentic lifestyle specialist, personal growth maven, spiritual alchemist, & Reiki healer.

I love helping people of all backgrounds and identities overcome self-doubt and feel safe as themself.

I used to be a pro salsera - traveled the world and got paid. Now, I help people remember and reconnect to their unique purpose and rhythm in life.

With my guidance folks learn to trust and be guided by the inner wisdom they connect to through meditation, deep spiritual work, rest, and play.

I’m a proud single mama, decolonizer, and survivor of partner abuse. My pronouns are she/they/ella, and I identify as a cisgender, heteroflexible woman of Puerto Rican heritage, as well as an INFJ and a goofball.

Currently a settler right outside of Manhattan in Jersey City on Munsee Lenape land. I f’cking LOVE decadent dark chocolate desserts and I drool randomly for no reason.
