In a freak accident while out walking my dog, I suffered the loss of my right eye...during a global pandemic no less. While she may have caused the accident, my faithful pup saved my life and dragged me home to safety when I went into diabetic shock.
I may have lost my eye, but what I gained was a lesson in perseverance through adversity, and learning how to rise up to challenges during a bizarre time.
As a Live Events Producer specializing in televised Sports Championships, it was hard to see stadium and arena sized events shuttered. My industry flatlined at the exact same time of my injury. I found myself healing during quarantine when world events were completely surreal. Health became first priority as I got an up close and behind-the-scenes look at the medical industry during the most stressful of times.
Alongside long term clients, I also work with those in the medical field providing tools to help with patient outcomes. Our mission is to provide patient-centered products and services that empower hospitals and providers clinically and financially. I'm passionate about helping others live their healthiest life and motivated to help medical organizations make informed choices that guarantee their independence and financial health.
