🎓 Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC + MA) with a passion for all things mental health! Currently specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and I love working on all things body image.

You’ll hear me talk about diet culture, fat phobia, body image, self-esteem, social justice and more! I’m based in Alberta, and I can’t wait to network and grow with so many of you ✨

🗣 Available for speaking and educating school staff/educators for PD days. Focusing on body image and inclusive school environments.
