2+ years ago I moved my wife and kids from the suburbs of St. Louis off the grid to our own 75-acre botanical garden in the rural Ozark Mountains of Missouri. ⛰

It turns out we bought the largest water lily farm in North America. It’s a one-of-kind property boasting a spring that puts out 1 million gallons of pure water per day that feeds over a hundred ponds that all grow unique species of pink, white, and yellow water lilies.
