I work with Real Estate Brokerages, to Multifamily, New residential developments, to Air BnB and multiple types of real estate around the country. Helping with creative ways for additional revenue streams from their investments.
I work with these industries to mitigate their liability expenses, and make them assets; while providing the ability to make a residual return from these expenses.
With our services, owners and property management, real estate investors and syndication's can add value, raise NOI, increase ROI while creating passive income.
While accomplishing these goals with owners I also help feed hungry children through local food banks of America
