🎭 Once, while trying to find the fact in fiction and the fiction in fact, I got accused of lying to everyone but myself :) the accusation felt validating, but then I realised I forgot my keys :(

🦉 Another time, in an acting workshop in 2019, a girl named Mariam told me she noticed that looking at something has a potently meditative effect on me. I always knew myself to be a visually-oriented person, but she resonantly opened my eyes to both the extent and the centrality of vision in my deeper mechanism.
That day I felt moved, humbled, to realise how much more there is still left to explore while up until that moment I thought I had an executively defined idea of how I operated.
I later took an owl figurine from her car which still rests on my bookshelf; I sometimes wonder if she’d like it back though
