* Dyslexia Advocate, Dyslexia Interventionist I’m a mom of 2 Black dyslexic young men.
My objective is to reach out to our African American Community and provide resources for success.
As a mom of a African American dyslexic, representation matters to me. My son was 8 years old when the journey began. My background in special education helped me on this journey of becoming an advocate. It is my due diligence that I educate my community and raise awareness about this learning disability.
