Mansfield has more than 25 years of mastered skills in various forms of lending, structured finance, strategy development, marketing and sales. In his first position at Penn Corp Financial, he conducted quantitative analysis, risk ratios and mortality charting, and set up financial depository reserves.

His passion for planning and executing strategic business initiatives developed as he helped companies improve their stock evaluations, develop investment strategies, diversify their asset base and improve their market position.
