As a foreign policy expert, Bijan writes his analysis and hosts expert discussions on U.S. foreign policy towards the Middle East, US-China great power competition and Canadian foreign policy. His analyses on the Middle East have been published by The National Interest, The Hill Times, The Huffington Post and the Atlantic Council.

Bijan received his MA in Global Diplomacy at the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy (CISD) at SOAS, University of London. He also completed his Master of Applied Science at the University of Toronto.
