As a coach I work on a one-to-one basis with my clients and together we focus on empowering them to shift their mindset.

Shifting mindset is the foundation stone which instigates growth in emotional intelligence. A gentle, yet progressive way of working, the aim of which is to develop a calm, compassionate and balanced approach to both work and personal life - permitting the client to perform as their best whole self.

After 20 years as a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, working at the helm and steering a team of high calibre Comms, PR and Marketing professionals, I decided to recalibrate.

Today, I apply my knowledge and experience to help professionals realise their potential and as they embark on transition, developmental change and manage progression within their life.

Working primarily with clients from within the technology, edtech, charitable and entrepreneurial sectors, my coaching skills focus on helping them make a shift, bring about change and work towards the lifestyle they pursue.

I am a member of the Association of Coaching, and am on course to graduate a Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentoring Qualification later this year with a view to be awarded Institute of Coaching Federation accreditation.
