Bio

Political Economist, Public Health and Intergovernmental Relations specialist. Focused on the health of the bottom billions. I have been fortunate enough to have lived in 11 and worked in over 40 countries, with some truly inspiring individuals.

Formerly founding CEO of Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance /Communicable Disease Threats Initiative in Singapore; Lead Health Specialist at Australian Department of Foreign Affairs in Canberra, and Executive Secretary for APLMA (Malaria) at the Asian Development Bank in Manila. With 25 years in public health, I work at the intersection of science, policy, and international relations, and I am committed to helping make multilateralism work for the poor.

I am a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health and Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, and hold a PhD and MPH from the University of Wales.
