CO native, back from a Nashville singer-songwriter life to start the world’s first butter bar (in Lyons, CO gateway to the Rockies and home of Planet Bluegrass and Oskar Blues)as a vessel to not only promote the organic, cultured, grass-fed butters I create (up to 20....sometimes more if rum is involved😈), but also to demonstrate the importance of live food in our lives and make butter beautiful by returning it to its original, primal splendor!❤️
