My motto when taking on new clients whether its an individual, family, or an organization is to be a *focused👂🏾, *keen 👀, and keep a *closed 🙊.
🗣Talking is for sharing knowledge, techniques, and insights...it is impossible to do that without first listening and observing. You need a panoramic 🪐view of the situation.

I don’t believe in the saying “you can lead a 🐎 to 💧 but can’t make them drink”. I believe we all get thirsty! My job is to identify the beverage that speaks to your palate. Maybe you’re the horse that prefers 🍷🍺🍾☕️🍵🧉🥛🧃🍼🧋.
I have had success with restructuring the thinking of staff that were described as “stuck in their ways” or “old school”.
When asked what I did my response was
“ I’m a behavior warrior👸🏾with Jedi mind tricks”. 🤣
My top two favorite school setting contracts have been-
1-Alternative students. Most of them were gang related. Had hurt several staff members prior to and while I was an employee. I have so many success stories! *Ask me to share!
2-Montessori school teachers. Happiest environment I’ve ever worked in! A little tough to get them to do any techniques that aren’t directly Montessori created. *Ask me how I helped them achieve success!
Part of my support involves a generalization plan. This way those I help use those skills across settings in their life or organization. A way to pay it forward 💜💛💙🖤🤍💚.
One of my goals is to establish a program that provides behavior based transition plans for woman in domestic violence shelters. Guide them to seeing the 💪🏿 💪🏻💪🏽💪🏾, independent, and powerful👸🏿👸🏽👸🏾👸🏼👸🏻👸 they are!
People see the scars and bruises but the effects of emotional and psychological abuse creates learned behavioral habits. Habits that can keep them entering new phases of the same vicious cycle.
