I am a married mum of 2.
I have recently qualified in level 2 Gym Instructing and level 3 Personal Training.
I am currently working towards Level 3 in Pre/Post Natal training and Level 2 Mental health.
My target audience is busy working mums who struggle to find the time to eat well and exercise.
