My name is La Toya, but my closest loved ones call me "Toy". I am a legal professional by day and a creative entrepreneur by night. I am also the host of a weekend podcast show called, Speaking Of Love. I created this podcast in honor of my father, who died by suicide in March of 2020. In an effort to raise mental health awareness and suicide prevention, I have dedicated my life to helping others like my dad who are struggling with the affects of mental health challenges; which often leads to suicide. I speak to people from around the world as a field advocate for the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention.
