Hi, my name is Michelle Lasley! I call all of my work Balance Shared because I truly believe we are better together. I come to my work through the lens of ecological and environmental sustainability. To achieve sustainability, I believe we need to heal ourselves in order to heal the world. To get to that healing, I believe we need to strengthen our connection with nature, with each other, and it begins with doing the deep inner work first.

I am your coach. I am your guide. I am a visionary, a dreamer, and I am a strategist. I will guide you on your path to your inner knowing, helping you to show up as the best version of you. I am a marketing consultant. I am a podcast host. I have a flair for the witchy and the woo.
