Babita is a highly experienced coach and mentor with over 30 years of experience supporting business owners in business development, strategic marketing, and commercialisation. She is the Founder of The Alignment Accelerator, which operates under the premise that "when you grow, your business grows."

Babita is renowned as a strategic and intuitive Business Coach who excels at providing clarity and driving growth for business owners and companies. She empowers entrepreneurs and organisations to overcome limitations and unlock their full potential.

Driven by a passion for combining purpose with passion, Babita thrives on working with entrepreneurs who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact. She founded her marketing company bStrategic in 2004 and has since worked with hundreds of businesses, scaling high-potential innovative startups and SMEs.

As a coach for companies on the Accelerate Program and a mentor for Masters of Entrepreneurship students at the Judge Business School at Cambridge University, Babita specialises in helping clients focus on practical and achievable areas for short and medium-term growth. By aligning their vision with day-to-day operations, she guides them in creating actionable steps towards their goals. Leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience across multiple sectors, Babita expands clients' perspectives and explores new possibilities.

Babita's also serves as a mentor for Barclays Eagle Labs across their UK network, Raising Starts - a science and technology hub in Belgrade, and holds the position of Associate Innovation Director for Oxford Innovation Space, as well as several Board Positions with companies in EdTech and Creative industries.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Babita has lectured on entrepreneurial marketing to MBA and Business Studies students. She also advises several organisations, including a Venture Capital fund and NED for Global Entrepreneurs Network UK, which connects 66,000 entrepreneurs across 200 countries.
