☕️ Through coaching, I help neurodiverse (autistic, ADHD) adults, parents and families through daily challenges and overwhelm.
🤝 Together we find effective solutions individualized for you.
🧠 I also help clarify traits of autism for those that suspect they may be autistic. I can provide an official diagnosis only for residents in the state of California where I’m licensed.
👥👥👥 Join one of my support groups for adults diagnosed or self-diagnosed in adulthood. A completely supportive and safe place. Share and grow with others who can understand and relate to your experiences.
💡 I’m a psychotherapist and coach with decades of experience, and use a holistic approach, that focuses on individual, emotional and family needs.
👨👩👦👦 I come from a neurodiverse family, but none of us knew it! That resulted in continual misunderstandings and self-esteem issues. Don’t let this happen to you🙏
