Full Bio: My name is Jackson, I live in Austin, TX. I'm an experienced XR Product Engineer which consists of spatial interaction design, UX.UI, prototyping, concepting, experimental development, and full-stack engineering for mixed and augmented reality systems (Handle-held AR, Magic Leap, Hololens, Quest, etc.) in Unity with experience developing web AR applications through 8th Wall. Some of my interests include educational technology, heutagogy, epistemology / cognitive science, brain-computer-interfaces, XR technology, computer science, procedural modeling, music, and last but not least tools for thought.

Below are some things I've accomplished.

- Created a holographic flight training prototype application using Microsoft's Hololens.
- Guest lecturer and TA for ITD 150: Intro to Augmented Reality at the University of Texas in Austin.
- Built an AR medical education application for Roche-Genentech: The I2O Department using Microsofts Mixed Reality Capture System.
- Designed a VR media interface for WAVELINQ™ 4F EndoAVF System training simulation.
- Published article on Multi-modal Interactions for Mixed Reality in Inborn Experiences.
- Brainstormed on the future of education with the former CIO of Salesforce, President of the AFT, and the author of Heart of UX.
- Provided technical demo support for Magic Leap during Leapcon 2018 and Magic Leap at the University of Miami.
- Controlled a Tesla with my brain using the NextMind BCI, Tesla's REST API, and Unity.
- Developed initial prototypes for Friends 25 AR Experience.
- Worked with IDM to visualize what a 1918 Flu Pandemic would look like in the 21st century in AR utilizing spatio-temporal data.
- Lead developer on one of the largest mobile web AR volumetric performances using 8th Wall editor and the Mixed Reality Capture System.
