Every person is their own best expert and knows their own answers, I cannot tell what another person needs to do/feel. I can only help them find their own answers and path.
I want the best for them without knowing what that best is.
Option Process:
A system of questions to uncover your own beliefs. Beliefs are your thoughts about the world and yourself. These beliefs then cause your feelings and dictate what you do. E.g: when someone believes I am great at something, they will feel great about doing that thing. When on the contrary someone thinks I cannot do that same thing, they will feel not good about that thing and probably not do it.
I helped many clients in the past 20+ years to become happier and grow into the person they want to be.
