Bio
Linguist, English language teacher, IT startup manager, future PhD student in Slavic Languages and Literatures.
I’m interested in Russian and Soviet literature, feminist studies and postsocialist gender studues. My research will focus on the representation of female characters in Sergei Dovlatov’s literature in the terms of dominant patriarchal discourse.
Apart from that, I like US politics, figuring out social justice, linguistics, philosophy, psychoanalysis, and AI. I enjoy yoga, travelling, teaching, learning, making people around me happy and creating meaningful connections.
