Columbia trained PhD, Licensed Psychologist and former Assistant Professor of Psychology at Rutgers GSE and NJCU. McNair Scholar professor and program developer. Worked for DC superior court, Howard university counseling center and Harlem hospital.
Over a decade in private practice in New Jersey serving mostly Black individuals couples and children.
Publications in the area diversity/cultural competency and serve as an urban educational consultant, advocate, and trainer of cultural competent policing.

Proud father of a strong young lady who is destined for greatness. Engaged to be married to a wonderful woman who inspires and gives me life.
