Loud and Italian Jersey girl living in DC for 5 years now.

I am an amateur foodie and sommelier (ask me for wine bar recs!), but despite my “refined” palate will still demolish some chicken nuggets and Miller Light (the champagne of beers™️). I enjoy entertainment in all forms from theater to binge-watching Law and Order: SVU. I stay active through working with a PT, HIIT boot camps, and winning flip cup tournaments. “Mystery” describes both the types of books and documentaries I like as well as the way I dance. 🙈

I’m the type of girl you can bring to a tailgate with your friends or dinner at your boss’s house. I feel as comfortable discussing international politics and cyber security as I do discussing why Ari was the most trash Bachelor. 🤷🏻‍♀️ My Italian (AKA large) family is extremely important to me, and I’m looking for the kind of guy to take home to them (don’t worry—you don’t have to meet them all at once).

I don’t think one can find good Italian food in DC. Care to commiserate or prove me wrong?
