Arif Gilany began his career at Fedex Corporation, travelling across North America to manage various teams for peak performance and production. In 2006, using these skills, he built the third largest organization within a top financial company in Canada. In 2013 he founded The Camel Company of Canada and in 2018 expanded operations internationally managing teams in North America, the Middle East and Asia.

Arif Gilany is an entrepreneur, author, and business consultant with superb interpersonal, team building, negotiating and multi-lingual skills. He is an asset to any team involved in negotiations and business ventures. Currently he is a business development advisor, contract negotiator and senior adviser.
