I love the nuance of humans...

I met a guy on Match.com-long, beautiful, story...he taught me about unconditional love, patience, and the true meaning of serving others. I was a willing student.

Now we own three businesses: Berkins Blend Café, Berkins on Oak—and our newest addition, Leading Culture Solutions.

He runs the cafés and I use my more than 25 years of Corporate and Non-Profit experience to help organizations change in ways that honors diversity, creates equitable outcomes and lives inclusion. This is more than a poster on a wall (or screens these days) and two training sessions—its a life-long journey for brave leaders who want to experience the vast rewards of creating an inclusive work environment.

What would it look like to have employees who you love unconditionally? How would you show up? How would they show up?

I am looking to explore the path beyond Emotional Intelligence and Servant leadership to this new arena.
