What do I do? I find and engage with great people and help to find their exciting careers. For me, everything starts with a conversation. Down the lane, we'll find it together and unfold the values, aspirations, and the next career change. And if we don't, we'll keep the conversation going, because I am sure that I can get them there sooner or later.

Bukukas solves real problems of cash management for Micro SMEs, that involve 60% of Indonesia's population and have been largely ignored by the technology revolution happening in the country and, down the line, bring this large unbanked population to the banking ecosystem through innovative and customer-centric digital banking solutions.

Previous Gigs: At The Quartile Company (acquired), a new-age full-stack HR and advisory firm, where I helped high-growth startups solve all things HR and founders to build dreams. I've worked closely with Venture Capital firms for the early-phase hiring for their portfolios. Earlier with Randstad & Akamai Technologies and helped them solve complex Talent and HR challenges. I've also been part of an international gig - working for a real estate and construction brand in the Middle East, where I did a 0 to 1 journey, scaled HR processes and systems, and drove the HR digitization mission.

When I'm not Recruiting or Pivoting Tables: I'm improving on my Mom's old recipe (a fusion chef in the making), watching Netflix, reading about History and Civilizations, hanging out with my friends, follows football furiously, and a die-hard Liverpool Football Club fan.
