I work as a mompreneur, birth doula, and podcaster in the Houston area. I worked as an OBGYN nurse for over 15 years and as a high school teacher for 3 years prior to stepping into my purpose driven work as a birth doula 💜✨

🌇 Outside of work I love to solo travel. I’m an urbanista at heart so I love traveling to large metro areas (U.S. and international). I also love exploring Houston’s art scenes, live music scenes, food and any other adventures I can get myself into.

👨🏾👨🏾‍🦱 I have two sons who are awesome young men. They make me so proud. My oldest is 25 and just became an attorney. He lives and works in the Birmingham, AL area. My youngest is 17 and he plays soccer for the Houston Dynamo Academy.
