Project 1: Purchase of a 2,400 sq ft light industrial unit in the London Borough of Sutton. Leased to 4th largest nursery group in the UK and achieved 34% uplift.

Project 2: Purchase of a 8,500 sq ft commercial building (2 retail units on the GF and offices above) in Central Bedfordshire. PD granted for the conversion of the offices into 6 apartments.

Project 3: Purchase of a 4,000 sq ft office in Buckinghamshire. Secured a change of use the building into 7 apartments via prior approval (no conditions).

Project 4: Purchase of a 5,500 sq ft retail unit in East London. We are (1) subdividing the large ground floor area into 3 smaller retail units (2) converting the rest of the building into 7 apartments via prior approval.
