After working for 4 years with local TV production on Social Media, life took an unexpected turn in 2019. 💔
My 27 year old son, Thomas, committed suicide. This was totally unexpected, and it turned our lives upside down.
To find answers and also some kind of purpose in a very tough situation, I started writing.
That resulted in the book about losing my son. It was launched right before the pandemic hit.
In December 2019, I cofounded the podcast "Selvmordspodden" where we interview various people who either work with or have personal experience with the topic of suicide.

Creating openness about this topic, and focusing especially on young men who are invisibly depressed has been our target. #ikke1til ( #not1more) Currently the podcast has 30.000 plays.

My broad experience both in education and work experience include working as nurse, psychiatric nurse, teacher, leader of a Shopping Center and work-counselling .
I also have experience from radio and TV, a record company, commercials, web shop and various events and business projects.
