🔹I am an intersectional feminist with a background in environmental social science dedicated to creating more equitable work spaces and organizations, which requires dismantling systems of oppression.
🔹As a consulting firm, we are dedicated to social justice. We offer numerous services to achieve equity and advocate for social justice from coaching, workshops, and strategic planning.
🔹In our services and solutions, we centralized the voices and lived experiences of traditionally marginalized peoples and utilize a critical intersectional praxis based in empathy.
