In my first business, I became stressed, overwhelmed, and overworked... whether it was coping or self-sabotage, I turned to porn, alcohol, and sleeping around. In short time, I blew up my marriage, my business, and my self-worth. — it took me years of counseling and self-work to grasp understanding of mental fitness, identity, influence, and leadership.

Since then, I founded an association for Fortune 500 executives around innovation. On calls, I discovered more men who had it all - great schools, jobs, and money - yet, they were miserable.
