Bio

I’m on a mission to bring the Human Touch back into Global Mobility. I work as a Career Coach, Expat Helpline, and known as a Global Mobility Jedi. 🛎

I’m a female founder and started my company by using a car as an asset a decade ago.
I have left a well-paid managerial position to do what I love: Help Expats and their Partners succeed in their global careers and lives.
I became an Intercultural Executive Coach in 2010 and was educated by Dr. Eva Kinast and Drs. Boudewijn Vermeulen. In 2018 I trained as a seminar leader for group coaching according to the Boudewijn Vermeulen® method by Dr. Eva Kinast. This method is the basis for my #RockMeRetreat. I have also been a licensed practitioner of the Adapt & Succeed Abroad Program by Sundae Schneider-Bean.

I have worked with over 250 individual clients and mainly helped them with finding work in a new country. Currently working on accelerating my client’s success through a group coaching program online called #HireMeExpress.

I am also the author of ‘The Global Career Workbook’, a self-help career guide for internationally mobile professionals and ‘The Global Mobility Workbook’, a well-known basic starter kit for Global Mobility professionals. I often talk and teach about matters related to Global Mobility, Intercultural Competence and Diversity and Inclusion.

My journey led me to work in Germany, the UK, Australia, India and Switzerland and I’m hoping to travel the world as a DIGITAL NOMAD when I grow up. I live in an intercultural relationship with a Kashmiri, who cooks and shares my love for spicy food and good wine. I used to dance bollywood-style and sometimes we dance in my workshops. Enjoying container gardening since the lockdown.
