🔹Mindfulness: I teach people how to become more self-aware by leaning into the messiness of mindfulness.
🔹 Communication: I teach people how to communicate (with themselves and others) in a way that’s mindful and connective.

🔹 By empowering them with tools to establish more self-awareness and healthy communication practices.

Because thoughtful reflection and action in our own lives translates into a more mindful and harmonious world. That’s the kind of world I want to live in.
