Bio

I am a mixed media and handmade paper artist inspired by nature,
stories, mythology, and the deep mystery of the world. 🌏

I am a teacher and mentor. ✨

I work with people 1:1 to project plan and design course work.

I have created:
Soul Purpise Creativity Coaching my 1:1 program 🌳

And am 8+years into Myriad Yoga Teacher Training—guiding people to become yoga teachers that understand and honor the rich spiritual and philosophical practice of yoga.

I have led weekly classes, workshops, and teacher training in art, yoga, and mindfulness for over 20
years. 🌟

I was born in Sicily, Italy, 🇮🇹and have immersed myself in the study of myth and
her-story as I reclaim my identity to women’s wisdom traditions. I have traveled across Europe and India.

I hold a BFA degree in studio arts, a Master of Arts in 🎨Education with a concentration on creative practice, and an am exhibiting artist and juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen, The New Hampshire Art Association, and the Vermont Handcrafters.
