Angelique Kiss on Clubhouse
Bio
At a very young age Angelique would use affirmations whenever she was ill to help heal herself. It was a simple affirmation, "I will feel better in the morning", but it worked for her. She realized back then that her health was her responsibility and has spent much of her adult life healing herself from life's traumas holistically, learning skills and techniques along the way, so that she may teach others to do the same.
Angelique has been a GYROTONIC instructor for over 20 years now, and even though her path shifted slightly when she became a realtor back in 2014, she always knew that her true purpose was to help others with their healing, as well as empowering them. After discovering SOMA Breath early in 2021, she felt deep in her soul that this was the path of her true calling, and began the journey to become a Master Instructor this summer. Newly certified in Level I, she looks forwards to sharing her knowledge through virtual classes. These will be guided breath work meditation sessions, accompanied with amazing music.
