During the day, I work my magic with Salesforce and Excel along with all the other tools at my disposal to help visualise and work with data. I believe that simplicity is the key (although the journey to simplicity is often fraught with challenges). This
often involves designing and implementing processes, taking a holistic view to ensure the processes function at all levels of the organisation.

I’m also a property investor and like to help others do the same. I have trained with some of the best property experts in the industry to build my knowledge and experience in this sector. My goldmine area is currently the Scottish Borders.

My travels have taken me to places such as South America, India, the Far East, Ireland, Germany and Spain. I’m a hybrid of many cultures – and having spent my formative years in Liverpool and Manchester, Scouse and Manc would be considered two of them.

Key aspects to my property strategy are in adding value and turning a profit along with sourcing profitable deals for other investors. Whether the opportunity requires one or other strategy, I figure out the best option(s) along with estimating the ROI/ cashflow to determine if it is worth the investment.
