My Flipping Houses System is incredibly unique, perhaps because it comes from experience, knowledge, problem-solving attitude, and an incredibly varied set of skills.

To me, setting up a comprehensive system that takes care of all aspects of ‘increasing the value’ of residential properties was relatively easy. Flip after flip, it just become a system that works on all.

Classically interpreted as ‘adding a room’ or ‘going up into the loft’, increasing value is much more than that.
With the know-how, value increase can be leveraged even in houses that do not lend themselves to the addition of extra space.

It is so easy.

Yet, I see so many house flippers work harder rather than smarter.
The two main shortcomings:
1) Not thinking of the obvious: psychological profile of the end customer, communication and relationship with trades, control of time, flexible budgeting, psychology of spaces, optical illusions, understanding of colours, space-plans, textures, people’s emotions;
2) Not having a strong system that ensures smooth running and predictable outcomes.

In business, we are taught to have systems for everything. Yet, people forget to add one that drives their flipping plan!

I have been involved in residential refurbishments for a number of years. I have undertaken a number of flip projects for myself, and helped a number of clients with theirs.

Today, I don’t have a boss. I am the boss, and I flip houses. One after the other.

I also have a beautiful community called Property Renovators Club. It is support, banter, fun, problem-solving, knowledge, research, inspiration… and so much more!
