We don’t believe in ourselves enough.
We take our dreams and play them off as silly ideas because we need room to fail.
Thinking: You can’t fall if you never tried anyhow.
We fight internal devils and don’t believe in ourselves at core levels.
If we even have the courage to desire gold medals we think we only deserve silver.
We stopped encouraging each other because we lack the strength to encourage ourselves.
We stopped preparing and building our mental wealth,
Focused on material things where possessions eat you alive and then become lessons and in the end all you’re left with is less than.
You have to learn to fight
for the things that keep you awake at night.
